Enquiry & Quotation:
We review your drawings, specifications, and program, and provide a transparent and comprehensive quote with material, labour, finishing, and freight included so you know exactly what you’re looking at.

Design Review & Engineering: Our team works through drawings with you, flagging buildability issues, suggesting cost or weight savings, and confirming material grades, tolerances, and weld procedures before we start.

Material Procurement: We source carbon and stainless steel from approved Australian and international suppliers, with mill certificates and full traceability retained for your project documentation and compliance.

Cutting & Forming : Plate and section are processed by laser, plasma, or saw, then formed by press brake or rolling to your drawing tolerances. Stainless and carbon steel are carefully handled in segregated areas to prevent contamination.

Welding & Assembly: Our skilled welders work to AS/NZS 1554 (carbon) and AS/NZS 1554.6 (stainless), with documented procedures and welder qualifications maintained for every project, and for your peace of mind.

Quality Inspection : Our dedicated QA specialists conduct dimensional, visual, and (where specified) NDT inspections. ITP records, weld maps, and material traceability are compiled for handover and every box is ticked.

Finishing - Galvanizing or Coating: Carbon steel is hot dip galvanized to AS/NZS 4680 in-house, with optional duplex paint systems applied to AS/NZS 2312. Stainless steel is pickled and passivated where you need it.

Logistics & Delivery: We coordinate transport from our plant to your site or yard, including oversized freight, time-critical deliveries, and staged dispatch so everything rolls in when you need it to.
